So apparently Ron Artest/Metta World Peace thinks he’s part of the greatest team ever assembled in NBA history. He says the Lakers can go 73-9. That would mean they would own the best record in NBA history, overtaking first place from the 1995-96 Bulls that only lost 10 games.
Artest believes that his team of aging superstars can do it. Dwight Howard is an offensive liability and we have Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash declining in their skills. Plus, does he really believe Mike Brown can lead them to this?
The Bulls had the greatest player of all time, one of the toughest defenders ever, a crazy rebounder down low and a Hall of Fame head coach. I don’t think so Artest. You just thinking crazy thoughts again.
