There had been discussions about this for some time. I had heard it but wouldn’t believe it until I saw it happen. I didn’t expect that the announcement would feature so many great things. Is this for real?

As a WWE fan, I can say that what the WWE Network is offering is a dream come true. I’ve always wanted easy access to everything WWE at my own convenience. Not only that, I want to learn more about the history of wrestling. I can watch classic matches that shaped my fandom of wrestling.

I can see old matches of Chris Jericho, Bret Hart, Stone Cold, Roddy Piper and all the legends. I can see classic ring entrances of DX, The Undertaker and even Shawn Michaels coming down the cable in Wrestlemania.

I can keep up up with all the current wrestlers and watch all the extra shows they have. They have a “Big Brother” type show with wrestling legends! I must see it!

But what really sold me is that the price is only $9.99 a month. That’s basically me deciding not to eat out for one night a month. And with that, I can watch every PPV. I mean, Wrestlemania party at my house!

This is a great product and I believe it will succeed. Old school wrestling fans and the new generation all have something they want from this. So far from this introduction, I am sold.

Yeah, I know wrestling is not a real sport and things are done according to a script. But you can’t tell me all those years that this product did not entertain me. It still does. And now I can become a 10-year old boy all over again.

Thank you, WWE! You made me feel like The Ultimate Warrior when I heard the news.
