I will keep my thoughts on it short.

Like I had said before, both sides are at fault and I still see it after this report. Richie Incognito, along with the other people, need to know what kind of language they are using and how it can be offensive. There are certain things you can and cannot say and even though you think it’s OK, you know anything that crosses the line doesn’t translate to everyone.

Jonathan Martin didn’t do much or enough to stop it or even tell people he needed help. Instead he hid it and ran away. That doesn’t solve any issue at all.

Ultimately, the instigator will get the brunt of the punishment but Martin didn’t do anything to help prevent the ongoing verbal assaults. This isn’t a surprise in the locker room culture that I’ve seen in the NFL. Jokes happen all the time and sometimes they go too far. Certain people know the limits and some don’t. This is the case of that and it’s sad it has come to this.
