Happy new year! I’m back in the Bay with my family just enjoying each other’s company. Wishing you all a great new year and much goodness of everything!
It’s good to be back home!
Happy birthday to Jesus and Rickey Henderson!
Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you have a good day with all your family and friends or whatever you’re doing. Hopefully you get a chance to just enjoy the day and all the good things that are to come.
Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. Thank you for caring and molding us. I’ll give my dad a call later today.
It’s the year of the horse! Cool stuff. I’m away from family so I won’t get to have a big dinner or get red envelopes. I’ll make the most of it.
In the meantime, can somebody get me this? It’s a great jersey that I would love to add to my collection.
This Hawaiian barnstorming team toured the mainland from 1912-1916, taking on college teams, black clubs, and semi-pro teams. The idea that the players attended the “Chinese University Of Hawaii” was a fiction created by the promotors, but the first Hawaiian club consisted of players of Chinese ancestry. Later squads also included native Hawaiian and other ethnicities.
Whatever you’re celebrating today, enjoy and be safe.
And if you want, you can catch all the sleeves nonsense on TV today.
Being thankful is not just once a year kind of deal, but it’s an every day thing. Enjoy time with your loved ones and eat well. Enjoy some football and don’t make a blunder like Leon did 20 years ago.
Happy New Year to everyone! The lunar calendar says it’s the year of the snake now!
This is a very important time for me and my family and since moving, I don’t get to see them often. But I will get a chance to see my parents for a day later this week.
This is exciting. I do hope I can get a chance to celebrate with some peoples here and just really welcome in the new year. Time for good food, good times and lots of money.
Run Rickey Run!
Merry Christmas everyone! Today is the day we celebrate the birth of the greatest ever. The one that saved us (from boring baseball). We celebrate the birth of the almighty Rickey Henderson. Thank you for giving me one of the best childhoods of baseball love.
On a more serious note, a real Merry Christmas to all of you. I hope you guys are taking your time to be with family and just to enjoy the holiday. Whether or not you believe about Jesus, let’s not bicker about things and just love one another. We can all do that, right?
Be happy and enjoy the good things we have and keep the people who are struggling in prayer.
It’s a Festivus Miracle!
Happy Festivus to all of you. With Christmas approaching and the nonsense of forced gift buying and unhappy holiday cheer, I would like to invite you all to put that away and celebrate Festivus.
The holiday itself has taken a whole new life that even as you can see by the above picture, the A’s are taking part of it.
Unfamiliar with Festivus? Not sure why I’m celebrating the holiday of not celebrating? Here’s your history lesson.
